what happens if i sell an item on ebay that is not exactly as described?
first off, i am in no way trying to scam someone of money. i'm putting up for auction vintage Zildjian hi-hats which have been used relatively quite often, their is currently 1 bid. i put no cracks, dents, or keyholding in the description but upon further inspection tonight their is a really small crack in the hole where you place the cymbal on the stand and one tiny dent that is barely noticeable because even i didn't see this until inspecting them hard, but the cymbals work just fine and are not defective by any means. and the picture looks way better with the flash than the shape they are in due to non-cleaning. i listed the item no returns and i also put in description "for more pictures please ask". could their be action take against me if the buyer disputes? be honest and don't be trying to make me scared. please. i need good answers. and keep in mind these are listed as VINTAGE.
Alright i understand your question and you will not get in trouble because it is ebay i understand that it was a honest mistake what you can do is to contact all the bidders and inform them of the crack that was newly discovered and if they already bought it depends on the price you can know off some few dollars for compensation if the crack is small But if in the description you said it was relatively used and you included a picture then you are in the clear .But i see plenty of people who were unsatisfied with ebay and tried to get their money back and it did work good luck dude you seem like a honest seller
