So, first things first. You must ensure that the actual sound source, In this case, the drum sounds as good as it may sound. You may have to "sell" the idea of the battery that just because your battery sounds or works somehow in a live, who could (probably) sounds good in the studio.
One of the first assessment, you must do is determine the value of the battery. This is not an exact science, and if you're not a drummer, this is probably not aware common. But it is fairly easy to learn. The next time you are in your local music store drooling over the latest piece TC Electronics, the way they work on the drum department. Pay special attention to the difference in storage between the series of low cost (eg $ 1000 or less) and sets more expensive ($ 1000). When the shell is pure wood, like maple or birch, which generally requires less cushioning in the registration process. If the deposit is a type of wood or fiberglass shell, as found in the equipment less expensive, require generally more cushioning for registration.
Less damping means generally keeping ahead (no mixer) on the head. Thus, the drum can vibrate resonate fully and completely. The sound may seem little, but most of the ring is lost in the mix. If you start recording and the drum sounds too much for it as beginning to soften a little at a time. A thin layer within the drum set usually do the trick.
With less expensive drums that require larger buffer, to head before completely free, or at least ensure that there is a good size hole in the head of the microphone. Vial with pillows or blankets.

The last part of his drum micing is the mic placement. A few inches one way or another may or break the record for the experience, experiment, experiment! Generally, the larger body is deeper inside the drum you want to place your microphone. Start with the microphone flush with the front head with the microphone to the console and continue driving the microphone closer and closer to the drum to get the perfect balance between tone and "blow" or "click" of the stack.
Some things that I personally have used successfully:
- To get a click or a sound mixer
Passage cloth beater of wood. These can be purchased at your local music store.
At the top of pillows or blankets to enjoy a piece of coal. He gave me a "stuck" sound.

A first important to do with what my drum set.
I've been playing drums for six or seven this month. I play 5 imperialstar tama-piece set that I have been so good. Now I will try to set their own. ... But I am in a strict budget and need to save before I can really do. ... But just wonder what should be the first. Large set of models I? The new drum heads,. New plaster or anything.
Hard, it really depends on what you want to. i uprgraded my first wax since. The music i play, but shortly after the adjustment set all my. Then i replace the head. But most of the grade I received a double. kickers. You can adjust bit less time waiting. You have all the new money will go. Looking at type of music you want to play and adjust.
