You can create your own "quiet" room with a little ingenuity and some elbow grease. Of course, their are not necessarily the height of elegance and "hip, but I will do the trick.
Did you know that the remains of carpets provide excellent sound insulation? Visit your vendor Mat local waste and take as much as possible. Then these layers on the wall of his music "studio" (eg, garage). Some focus on the walls and ceiling, for they are in the majority of escapes and resonating sound. The more layers better!
Investing in silence cymbals and drums toolkits
